When will I receive my order?
Orders are prepared within 1 to 3 working days, then delivered within 7 to 15 working days on average, with a tracking number sent by e-mail. We deliver to France and across the European Union: delivery costs 3,90 € and is free on orders over 49 €.
To receive it before Christmas, order by 8 December.
Is payment secure?
Yes. Payment goes through Shopify, which runs millions of online shops. We never see your bank details, we only receive your order.
What if I don't like the product?
You have 14 days after receiving it to change your mind. Write to us at lueur.nordique8@gmail.com and we'll explain how it works, simply.
How do I choose the right pyjama size?
Each size is ordered separately, so the whole family can match. If you're unsure between two sizes, go for the larger one: pyjamas are meant to be comfortable.
How does the personalised stocking work?
You type the name (10 letters maximum) on the product page before adding it to your basket. The name is sent with your order. Check the spelling carefully: a personalised item can't be returned.
How do the lights work?
It depends on the product: USB (plugged into a socket with an adaptor, or into a power bank) or battery-powered. It's stated on each product page. All our lights are warm white, except the night light, which comes in several colours.
