Delivery & returns
Everything you need to know before ordering, with no small print.
Delivery times
Orders are prepared within 1 to 3 working days, then delivered within 7 to 15 working days on average, with a tracking number sent by e-mail. We deliver to France and across the European Union: delivery costs 3,90 € and is free on orders over 49 €.
To receive it before Christmas, order by 8 December.
Christmas: when's the last day to order?
- Until 8 December: you'll receive your order before Christmas.
- From 9 to 15 December: possible but not guaranteed. Write to us before ordering.
- After 15 December: your order will arrive after the holidays.
Tracking
As soon as your order ships, you'll get an e-mail with your tracking number. If anything seems odd, write to us and we'll look into it with you.
Returns
You have 14 days after receiving it to change your mind. Write to us at lueur.nordique8@gmail.com and we'll explain how it works, simply.
The product must come back to us in its original condition. Once we've received the return, you'll be refunded within 14 days, using the same payment method.
Personalised items (stocking with a name) can't be returned unless they're faulty.
Damaged parcel or faulty product
Send us a photo within a few days of receiving it and we'll find a solution: a replacement or a refund.
